A certificate of insurance is a document used to verify an entity is insured by a third party. It is issued by an insurance company/broker to verify that coverage is in force at the time of the certificate request.
Please email info@gallaherinsurance.com for your certificate requests. We will need the name of your company and contact information of the third party who is requesting the form.
